This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit (the “ Site ”) or make a purchase there.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

COOKIES

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information related to your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (based on the visitor's location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by unique customers.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
- The “ log files ” track the activity of the Site and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you are using, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and your timestamp data (date and time).
- The “ invisible pixels ”, “ tags ” and “ pixels ” are electronic files that record information about how you navigate the Site.

Furthermore, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including your credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). This automatically collected information is referred to as " Order Information ".

When we use the term " Personal Information " in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ?

In general, we use the Order Information we collect to process any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for the shipment of your order, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to :

By consenting to receive marketing messages via SMS from Pazlo at checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing through our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders), marketing offers via SMS, and transactional SMS, including requests for feedback from us, even if your mobile phone number is listed on a do-not-call list, whether state or federal.

The frequency of messages varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing SMS messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we provided in one of our messages.

You understand and agree that alternative methods for unsubscribing, such as using different words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable method of unsubscribing. We do not charge for this service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with sending SMS, as imposed by your mobile service provider. Message and data rates may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay, or misrouting of any information sent through the service, errors in that information, and/or any action you may take or fail to take based on the information or the service.

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information in our records, unless and until you request us to delete it.
