If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please contact us and we will ensure to resolve your issue. Our products are manufactured according to the strictest technical standards. Delivery time: order processing time (2 ~ 4 days) + shipping time (6 ~ 14 days). We guarantee you a durable and quality product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another, whether similar or not.

  • You can return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.
  • On the customer service side. We do not proactively offer a full refund. We make arrangements. We have the "arrangement" part.

We must protect our store. It is inevitable to meet the satisfaction of all customers. There are also minor issues that may qualify for a partial refund, and customers can keep the product.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 14 days.If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted : (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after its delivery

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank.The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at support@pazlo.fr.

SALTED OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.
